***What can we do if meet these kinds of problems:

A. If the floor lamp is turned off（using pull chain）, will the charger on the shelf no longer supply power?

-As long as the floor lamp’s plug is connected to the power source, the charging function will work whether the bulb is on or off.

B. Is the bulb included?

-Not included, we recommend using a maximum of 6W LED bulb.

C. Is the top area of the lamp shade open or closed?

-The floor lamp with 3 shelves’ top is open. It can emit more light to illuminate the room.

D. What color is the lampshade?

-The upgraded floor lamp shade is cream white color and emits a soft white glow when lit.

E. Can I clean the lamp shelf with water?

-We recommend wiping with a damp cloth and then drying with a dry cloth. It is not recommended to completely submerge the rod in water.

Installation Instructions

A. Starting with the first bottom board, install 4 short screws with screw bases, insert the 4 longest rods and spin to the base to tighten

B. Insert 4 short screws (without bases) into the second board and insert the 4 longest rods and spin to the base to tighten

C. Insert 2 short screws and 2 long screws into the third board(with charger) and insert 2 long rods and 2 short rods and spin to the base to tighten. Insert 4 small wooden sticks (to fix the lampshade)

D. Insert 4 short screws into the fourth board (with pull chain switch) and insert 4 medium length rods spinned to the base to tighten. Place the top frame and 4 short screws with screw bases and tighten.

E. Tighten the bulb to the base. Install the floor lamp shade. That is complete.
