Which type of batteries are for the candles?

Each pillar needs 3 AAA batteries, and each votive needs 1 CR2450 battery. The battery of the remote is CR2025. All the batteries are pre-installed.

Do the candles have a built-in timer?

Yes, they have a 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 – hours built-in timer. Please set the timer by the remote.
